Heart N Seoul,  Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to or purchasing meal kits from Heart N Seoul, you agree to these terms:

1. Subscription & Orders

  • Weekly Service: Our service is a recurring subscription. You'll receive meal kits automatically each week unless you pause or cancel.

  • Order Cut-off: Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made by Sunday 11:59 PM AWST] for the following week's delivery. Orders are confirmed and ingredients sourced after this time.

  • Minimum Order: 2 meals for 2 people applies

2. Deliveries

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to selected areas within Perth, Western Australia. Please check our website for eligible postcodes.

  • Delivery Day/Time: Deliveries occur on Wednesday/Thursday between 10 AM – 1.30PM  AWST]. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

  • Safe Place: You authorise us to leave your meal kit in a safe, shaded location if you're not home. Once delivered, responsibility for the kit passes to you.

  • Accuracy: It's your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We're not liable for issues arising from incorrect details.

3. Food Safety & Quality (Australian Consumer Law)

  • Freshness: We use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Please refrigerate contents immediately below 5degree.

  • Preparation: Follow all included cooking instructions and food safety guidelines.

  • Allergens: Full ingredient lists are provided. It is your responsibility to review these for allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination from suppliers.

  • Consumer Guarantees (ACL): Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as per our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

  • Recurring Billing: You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method weekly for your subscription.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll notify you and may pause future deliveries until resolved.

5. Cancellations & Pauses

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your online account, provided it's done before the weekly cut-off time.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), Heart N Seoul is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or any loss not directly caused by our breach of these terms. Our liability for any breach will be limited to the cost of the affected meal kit.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be on our website. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
